Description:

Staples type 53, thin wire of high carbon steel

Advantages:

- High piercing power and strength of the staples ensure a reliable penetration into material and secure fixing in its body;

- Sharp ends provide an easy operation of the tacker;

- High performance;

- A special viscosity adhesive bonds staples and nails together into blocks/cartridges, providing their strong connection and easy loading of the tool’s magazine;

- Possibility of use with tackers of different models and various brands.

Application area:

Meant for use in household and renovation works, for example, to fasten textiles, cardboard, flat timber slats, wire mesh, insulation materials to wood, chipboard, plastic, plasterboard, etc.

Recommendations for operation:

- The staples should be selected so that when a staple is fixed, 2/3 of its leg length must be in the base material, whereas 1/3 of its leg must be holding the material to be fastened. If that is impossible due to some reason, the following ratio is admissible: 1/2 of staple leg must hold the material and another half-leg must be sitting in the base. It is also required to drive staples in close order, reducing the distance between them,-  for a better holding effect;

- When fixing dense materials, a staple should penetrate at least 4 – 5 mm deep;

- The softer material is, the longer a staple leg should be;

- If the fixing staples are not to be visible on the workpiece, one should use nails or pins instead of them.

Packing:

Cardboard box.
