What is the procedure of the state registration of legal entities and branches (representatives) of foreign legal entities in the State Committee on Statistics and Analysis of the Distribution area?

1) State Registration Certificate (original and copy),
2) Regulation (original),
3) Foundation Agreement (original), if there is one,
4) Meeting Minutes (original), if there is one,
5) Decision of legal entity about branch (representation) creation (original),
6) Power of attorney for person, carrying out the statistical registration of legal entity brunch (representative),
7) Receipt about payment for statistical registration
Due to the procedure of statistical registration the legal entity, branch (representation) will be provided with statistics card. All original documents should be return to the legal entity.

What documents is necessary to provide for stamp making for organization?
According to the Instruction “On activity of Internal Affairs on realization licensing system”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Distribution area from 17 August 1995 г. N 210 for stamp making in any organization, carry this type of business activity (stamp making) should be provided for the following document:
1) application,
2) copy of Certificate on State Registration, issued by the bodies of Justice of the Distribution area,
3) copy of Stat.Card, issued by the territorial body on Statistics and Analysis of the State Committee of the Distribution area.
Registration in the duty authority bodies
The order and procedure of State Registration of duty payers are established by the Duty Code of the Distribution area from 12 June 2001 г. N 209-II ZKR «About Duties and other obligatory payment to the budget”
What means state registration of duty payers?
Duty payers state registration – is the input the information about duty payer in the state duty payer register of the Distribution area. The Ministry of State Revenues of RK carries out the registion in order to control the duty and other obligatory payments to the budget. After the registration, duty payer gets duty registration number and duty payer certificate.
In what duty authorities of the Distribution area duty payers can be registered?
The state registration in Distribution area as duty payers is following:
1) Legal entities-residence, their structural sub-divisions (branches, representations) – should be registered in the Duty Committee of the principle place or in the place of carrying out of activity;
2) legal entity non-residence, carrying out activity in the Distribution area with the permanent representation – should be registered in the duty committee in the place of the representation;
3) legal entity non-residence, carrying out activity in the Distribution area without the permanent representation – should be registered in the duty committee in the place of carrying out activity;
4) individuals – residence, the duty payers of duty and other obligatory payments to the budget – in the duty committee at the place of location;
5) individuals non-residence, carrying out the entrepreneur activity though the permanent representation – in the duty committee of residence in the Distribution area;
6) non-residence, having the dutyation objects, – in the duty committee of residence or at the dutyation objects registration.
