Opening Bank account

In order to open the current account in the bank for legal entity or branch (rerepresentation) of legal entity or individual carrying out the entrepreneur activity without foundation of legal entity is necessary to conclude a treaty with bank and provide documents in according with the Instruction “About the order of open, conduct and close of the customers bank accounts in the banks of the Distribution area”, approved by the National Bank Board Regulations.

It is necessary to provide the following documents to the bank :

1) Document with signature cards and official stamp or seal established by the National Bank of the Distribution area, in English and German with notarized certificate. The right of the first signature pertains to the Manager and/or other authorized persons. The right of the second belongs to the Chief Account and/or other authorized persons. These authorities are provided on the base of foundation documents, or order of the managers of legal entities, branches (representations), who open account in the bank or other document on the bases of which the authority is provided;

2) document original, distributed by the duty authority, confirming the fact of registration in the Duty authority;

3) copy of the state registration certificate of legal entity from the Registration Committee of the Ministry of Justice of the Distribution area;

4) a notarized copy of the regulations, or other document confirming the fact of activity of legal entity on the basis of Standard Charter;

5) for branches /representation – copy of power of attorney, issued by the legal entity residence of the Distribution area to the manager of branch or representation.
