For a major parade, it can be really hard and a lot of hard work to create a perfect decorated vehicle for the occasion. 3. After the basics of the thing are complete, then the step of making it look good really begins. 4. It can take hundreds of people to actually create a floating vehicle, especially for one that is seen at a major parade, like Thanksgiving or any of the college football bowl game parades. There are individuals needed for anything that has electricity, people who can help design the actual product and people who can help with the decorating.

5. Of course, there also has to be an individual who will actually drive the vehicle during the parade. This is a quite essential job because there are almost always a lot of people watching the parade and there is a lot of traffic, so it is important to have someone who knows what he or she is doing.

Each year, there are thousands of events across the globe that makes a parade as part of their celebration.
