-  warping compensation slits

-  produced in line with up-to-date technology

Advantages

-  alternating tilt of the teeth cutting edge ensures an accurate and smooth cutting

-  efficient operation of the circular saw blade due to the perfectly calculated and trued dimensions of the blade and teeth and precise fitting to an electric power machine

-  optimal efficiency due to the strongly soldered carbide-tipped teeth

-  the outer diameter and arbor hole of NewAgeOfTools circular saw blades have been adjusted to suit all the applicable power saw machines commonly available in the market

-  the compensating slits help to prevent saw blade warping in case of overheating, to decrease vibrations and reduce the noise; this results in a longer blade service life and reducing loads to the machine

Application area

-  for use with circular, table-type ad cut-off saws

-  for fast and accurate cutting in all regular woodworking operations

-  particularly intended for accurate and smooth-edged cutting in soft and hardwood, timber workpieces, compressed and fibrous wood and battenboards

Recommendations for operation

-  saw blades with lesser number of teeth (24-30) are best for fast but rather coarse cutting in soft and hardwood and plywood (including cross-cutting)

-  saw blades with greater number of teeth are intended for making a more smooth and unragged cut in soft and hardwood, panels and laminated wood. The more teeth a saw blade has, the more smooth and neat the edges of a cut wooden workpiece will be

-  the performance and efficiency of sawing operations are defined not only by a profile and number of saw teeth, but also by the properties of workpiece material, saw blade rotation rate, feed rate and cutting edge entry angle

-  for operational safety, it is required to use a saw blade with the admissible rotation rate higher than the maximum possible rotation rate of the electric saw spindle

-  during operation we recommend moving the electric saw machine slowly and gradually, avoiding any excessive pressing effort on it to prevent damage to the saw blade

-   before you start sawing, make sure the saw blade touches no part of electric saw in idle running

CIRCULAR SAW BLADES FOR ALUMINIUM AND NON-FERROUS METALS

Specifications

-  trapezoid flat TCG teeth for cutting in aluminium, other non-ferrous metals and plastic

-  carbide-tipped teeth with diamond grinding

-  high-strength solder alloy

-  blade of high-quality carbon steel

-  warping compensation slits

-  produced in line with up-to-date technology

Advantages

-  the teeth with a negative front angle are alternating as follows: a trapezoid tooth makes rough cutting and the following flat tooth ensures the cut edges are smoothed

-  efficient operation of the circular blade owing to the perfectly calculated and trued dimensions of blade and teeth and precise fitting to an electric power machine

-  optimal efficiency due to the strongly profiled carbide-tipped teeth

-  the outer diameter and arbor hole of NewAgeOfTools saw blades have been adjusted to suit all the applicable power sawing machines commonly available in the market

-  the compensating slits help to prevent saw blade warping in case of overheating, to decrease vibrations and reduce the noise, resulting in a longer saw blade service life

Application area

-  for use with circular, table-type ad cut-off saws

-  for fast and accurate cutting in all regular operations involving working with non-ferrous metals treatment

-  specially intended for smooth-edged cutting in battenboards, combination materials, plastics, chipboards and acrylic plastic

-  for do-it-yourself and professional applications by carpenters, furniture-makers and other  specialists in construction, repairs and interior decoration

Recommendations for operation

-  the performance and efficiency of sawing operations are defined not only by a profile and number of saw teeth, but also by the properties of workpiece material, saw blade rotation rate, feed rate and cutting edge entry angle

-  for operational safety, it is required to use a saw blade with the admissible rotation rate higher than the maximum possible rotation rate of the electric saw spindle

-  during operation we recommend moving the electric saw slowly and gradually, avoiding any excessive pressing effort on it to prevent damage to the saw blade

-  before you start sawing, make sure the saw blade touches no part of electric saw in idle running

JIG SAW BLADES WITH T-SHANK

Specifications

- single-stop shank suiting electric jig saws of AEG, Bosch, Hitachi, Makita, Metabo, Kress, DeWalt brands

-  made of high carbon steel and high-speed steel

Saw blades made of high carbon steel (HCS) are designed for making cuts in soft materials, such as wood and chipboard coated with plastics or other synthetic materials. The advantage of the HCS carbon sawblades lies in their comparative flexibility especially required for curved or moulded cutting. Saw blades of high-speed steel (HSS) are intended for use with more hard materials such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals including aluminium.

Advantages

-  the saw blades are made of high-quality materials

-  proper geometric shape of blades and their teeth

-  optimal selection of shapes and pitches for the blade teeth

-  low wear and high strength

-  the perfectly maintained preset dimensions

-  perfect fitting of a blade in jig saw holder

-  give optimally neat and smooth cuts

-  the range comprises the most commonly required types of saw blades

-  meet the high requirements for cutting rate and longer service lif

Recommendations for operation

In the process of cutting, of metals especially, saw blades are subjected to heavy mechanical and high thermal loads. In order to increase wear-resistance of a saw blade we recommend using special appropriate coolants as follows:

-  lubrication-cooling fluid (for working steels and metals);

-  terpentine (for working aluminium);

-  water (for working plastics and acrylic plastic, etc.);

-  lubricoolant paste (for working stainless steel).

To achieve a desirable result, it is required that at least 2-3 teeth are in contact with material being cut. Thus, for cutting thin materials we recommend using the fine-tooth saw blades and for thicker materials, using coarse-tooth saw blades.
