Advantages:

-  high performance and a slower wear-out of disc due to its optimum preset hardness value;

-  minimal vibration;

-  fast high-quality cutting;

-  a neat cutting line without any burrs or irregularities;

-  ensures best time and effort saving for an operator when cutting with this disc;

-  meets high safety and quality requirements for cutting discs of the EN and DSA standards;

-  the discs are produced with high-quality raw materials.

Application:

-  to be used with manual angle grinders

Recommendations for operation:

- Special care and attention are obligatory, because in case a small crack appears on an abrasive disc, the latter tends to break into pieces at high rotation rate;

- Never fit a large diameter cutting disc onto a smaller size angle grinder, because small angle grinders have a higher spindle rotation rate. As a result, the disc speed (when touching the material) exceeds the admissible value – hence, a load on the disc increases drastically;

- Operating a machine without its safety guard in place is strictly prohibited;

- A cutting disc must rotate freely, touching neither the safety guard nor the body of the angle grinder.

CUTTING DISCS FOR METALS

Advantages:

- Due to a special combination of the abrasive material, type of binder and hardness,

these discs are multipurpose and enjoy the widest range of applications (carbon steel, high-speed steel, various alloys, forge iron and so on);

Applications:

-  Cutting of tubes/pipes, parts and structures of various steel grades

CUTTING DISCS FOR STAINLESS STEEL

Advantages:

- these super-thin discs ensure accurate and delicate cutting of parts made of high-quality alloyed steel and stainless steel;

- performance life of a special-purpose disc is significantly longer than that of a universal disc.

Applications:

- Cutting of alloyed steel and stainless steel structures

CUTTING DISCS FOR STONE

Advantages:

- Due to a special combination of the abrasive material, type of binder and hardness,

these discs are ideal for treatment of stone, concrete, brickwork and other construction materials

Applications:

- For treatment of natural and artificial stone of medium strength, marble, sandstone and brickwork

CUTTING DISCS FOR METALS

Advantages:

- These discs are the most universal types for a wide range of applications (carbon and high-speed steels, various alloys, forge iron and so on);

Applications:

- Grinding of parts and structures made of various steel grades

Recommendations for operation:

Cutting discs

- these discs are designed for vertical cutting only;

-  they suffer from side loads, that’s why they must not be used for grinding of even the small irregularities;

- when cutting avoid bringing the cutting disc to a workpiece from the side most susceptible to vibration;

- in stone-treatment works we recommend using a vacuum cleaner.
