Description:
The diamondiferous cutting edge is applied by means of direct sintering.
Advantages:
- Reliable in operation due to the high-quality sintering technique;
- Gives an accurate and neat cut;
- Special selection of the binding components, use of the high-quality diamond particles of certain hardness and grain-size, their contents in the diamondiferous layer (depending on the abrasive features and hardness of the material to be treated and machine to be used);

- Optimum degree of self-sharpening;
- Outside diameter and arbor hole size of the discs allow them to be fitted onto all commercially available angle-grinding machines.
Application area:
Meant for use with manual angle-grinders, wall chasers and other cutting machines
Recommendations for operation:
- Never fit a diamond cutting disc onto an angle grinder with no-load rotation rate higher than the maximum rotation speed specified on this cutting disc;
- Operating a machine without its safety guard in place is strictly prohibited;
- In case any cracks or irregularities are discovered on the working face of a disc, the disc must be replaced with a new one;
- A cutting disc must rotate freely, touching neither the safety guard nor the body of the angle grinder;
- A workpiece must be fastened tightly and securely. Holding small-sized workpieces with hands or stepping on them is strictly prohibited;
- During operation move the rotating disc back and forth along the cutting line in a uniform and smooth motion;
- An excessive physical pressure onto the angle grinder must be avoided, otherwise it may result in disc breakdown. The most detrimonial factor for a diamond disc is an impact load, causing a drastically increased disc wear.
- After every two minutes of tool operation we recommend to remove the disc from the treated workpiece and allow the angle grinder to run idle for at least 30 seconds to cool the disc down.
Packing:
Cardboard box.
Description of features:
- Segmented type
Advantages:
- Optimum disc cooling during its operation, contributing to a higher cutting speed and lower effort applied.
Applications:
- For cutting and treatment of natural stone, concrete and masonry items
- Designed for operation without special cooling
Diamond Discs for Wet Cutting
Description:
- A continuous cutting edge
Advantages:
- Provides a maximum cutting accuracy and neatness without any chippings and irregularities even for glazed tiles;
- Thanks to a special design of the cutting edge these discs have relatively low performance features. That’s why they are used for operation just in those cases when a high-quality accurate cut is required for processing low-strength materials
Application area
- for cutting and treatment of ceramic tiles, brickwork and roof tiles;
- designed for use with obligatory water cooling.
Diamond Discs for Dry and Wet Cutting
Description:
- The continuous corrugated cutting edge.
Advantages:
- For various applications with a wide range of construction materials;
- Relatively low cost with significantly high cutting performance.
Application area
- For cutting and treatment of various construction materials and natural stone;
- Can be used for dry-cutting without special water cooling.
