Objectives and Tasks
Objectives for 2008 are set by the head company for each representative office individually. This should be accomplished by the 24th of August 2007. On the basis of these objectives each representative office shall create its list of tasks, which should be done to attain the objectives.

Marketing

List of marketing campaigns which representative office plans to run within its area in 2008 to attain its objectives. The list must contain the result the representative office wants to achieve from each campaign with specified figures. The planned budget and period for each campaign are also to be specified. Amounts and periods should fit the budget of expenses and income.

Sales Plan
To be compiled on the basis of Customer Base Development Plan (accomplishment of this plan is determined by Customer Base Development Plan)

Customer Base Development Plan
Includes plans on main channels of sales amount growth. Sales amount growth in comparison to the previous year must be equivalent to the growth provided by development of the customer base according to the plan.

Purchasing Plan
Shall be separately submitted by the Logistics Department before August 14. Must correspond with predictive purchase plan (see prediction on gardening equipment sent last week for instance).

HR Plan
According to staff schedule of the representative office in dynamics. Who and when is planned to recruit, dismiss; how much to pay.

Training Plan
Planned training and corporate events with their dates and budgets

Budget
Income and expenses of the representative office in 2008 with all budget items specified! Only cells marked in yellow should be filled.

Cash Flow Plan
Cash Flow according to usual scheme, but in terms of 2008
