We’ve noticed and highly appreciated the following activities of Dr. Ditrich. He coped with his job exceedingly good in terms of his job instruction:

1.1.1 Plan sales in the assigned area

1.1.2 Search for new customers (field trips, cold calls, exhibitions, mass media, etc.)

1.1.3 Prepare quotations.

1.1.4 Conduct negotiations and close transactions. React to objections. Make presentation of company and its products.

1.1.5 Regular interaction with customers (meeting, call)
Estimate customers’ warehousing stock and their need in goods
Collect requests from customers and submit them to the office
Control shipments to customers (regularity, percentage of fulfillment, time and terms of delivery)
Control payments for delivered goods. Make revisions. Collect money from customers.
Arrange for returns of goods, control the returned items.
Display goods / Recommend on display
Increase product share on the market. Occupy the best shelves in stores.
Arrange for promotional events to increase sales in sales outlets (special events, training/motivation of sales assistants, etc.)
Process claims (lacks, regrading, defective items, etc.)
Collect data on needs in promotional stuff, arrange for promotional campaigns in sales outlets.

1.1.6 Work with customer base according to requirements of the group.
Fill in customer’s form.
Control inclusion of customer into customer base.
Fill in the customer base fields according to the latest information about the client.

1.1.7 Attain not working customers according to requirements of the group.

1.1.8 Arrange for marketing research / price profiles in the assigned area according to requirements of the group.

1.1.9 Report on his/her activities according to requirements of Sales Director.

In case of absence of Key Account Manager:
1.1.10 Functions of Key Account Manager (except for merchandizing management)

Resolution: to appoint Dr. Ditrich as General Manager Vartfuyhov, Ltd. from June 2010.
